If the event is cancelled by the organizer before the scheduled date, all ticket holders will receive full refunds of the ticket price. Service or convenience fees charged at the time of purchase (if any) will also be refunded.
Refunds will be issued automatically within 10 business days to the same method of payment used during purchase.
Postponement of Event
If the event is postponed to a new date, tickets remain valid. Attendees may choose to retain their existing tickets.
If the new date is not acceptable, ticket holders may request a full refund. Such refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the postponement announcement. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of request approval.
Cancellation by Ticket Buyer (“Customer-Initiated Cancellation”)
Once tickets are issued and delivered (physically or electronically), all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as stated in the organizer-initiated cancellation or postponement conditions above.
If the buyer does not attend the event, no refund or credit will be provided.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted through Eticketslive.com’s support contact form and are subject to review.
Refunds on Service/Convenience Fees
Service or convenience fees are only refundable if the entire event is cancelled or postponed and the buyer requests a refund as described above. Under no circumstances will fees be refunded for buyer-initiated cancellations after ticket issuance.
Advance Payment Policy
Full Payment Required at Time of Booking
All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Partial payments, deposits, or “hold until payment” options are not permitted.
Payment Methods Accepted
Payment may be made via any payment methods listed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, digital wallet, etc.). Payment must be successfully authorized before ticket confirmation is issued.
Confirmation of Purchase
Once payment is received and approved, the buyer will receive a confirmation email receipt and an e-ticket or booking confirmation. This confirms that the booking is finalized and event entry is guaranteed (subject to valid ticket presentation).
No Seats Reserved Without Payment
Until payment is completed, no seat or ticket is reserved. Incomplete payments or failed transactions will result in cancellation of the booking request.
Pre-Booking Policy
Pre-Booking/Reservation Requests Before Official Ticket Release
Eticketslive.com may offer pre-booking or reservation requests for events prior to official ticket release or public on-sale. Such pre-bookings are treated as expressions of interest and do not guarantee a ticket allocation.
When pre-booking, customers will not be charged until tickets are released and available for payment.
Notification of Availability
Upon ticket release, Eticketslive.com will notify all pre-booked customers (via email or SMS) that they may return to complete payment and secure their tickets. The notification will specify a deadline by which payment must be made.
Expiration of Pre-Booking
If payment is not completed by the deadline specified in the notification, the pre-booking will expire automatically and the customer will forfeit priority. Tickets may then be made available to the general public.
No Guarantee or Refund for Pre-Booking
Pre-booking does not guarantee allocation or access to tickets. No fees or payments are collected during pre-booking, and thus no refund is necessary if pre-booking does not convert to an actual purchase.

Eticketslive.com does not offer partial refunds, credits, or vouchers for tickets unless explicitly stated in event-specific terms and conditions.
Failure to Attend
Tickets not used (i.e., the buyer does not attend the event) are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances
In cases beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), refund eligibility will follow the organizer’s communicated policy. Eticketslive.com will facilitate refunds when instructed by the organizer. If the organizer does not permit refunds, Eticketslive.com will communicate the situation transparently to customers.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Service Fees & Add-Ons: Any service, convenience, processing, or handling fees charged at the time of purchase (if applicable) are subject to the same refund rules described above.
Communication: All notifications (cancellations, postponements, refund approval, etc.) will be sent to the contact information (email/mobile) provided at purchase; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and kept up to date.
Fraud & Unauthorized Use: Tickets obtained through unauthorized channels, fraudulent activity, or resale in violation of organizer/event rules will be invalid. Such cases are not eligible for refunds.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction; any disputes will be addressed per Eticketslive.com’s Terms of Use.
